Just a short post...

I had to go into the office today. Thursdays and Fridays are my days to go in.

One of the "POMPS" (who will be nameless), asked for me specifically to write a case, then wouldn't leave me alone long enough to write the darn thing. He kept coming in my office to see if I was doing it the way he wanted it done. I finally asked him to leave me to it so I could see if I could do it the way he had been telling me to do. You see it was a 900 day old case and we are trying to get those out of the office quickly, and if he would have left me to it, I might have gotten it done in half the time. He seems very satisfied with my work performance and usually asks for me to do his cases, and he is very picky so that seems like a good thing regarding the quality of my work, but because he is so picky he has to nitpick every little thing. It gets very aggravating. Anyway I got it done and hopefully he can sign it and send it on tomorrow and things will be back to semi-normal.

Hope all of you had a good day.

You go girl! I remember what that was like. I really try to remember what it was like to be the writer and not bug people when they work. I also try to make my own corrections.

I hate "POMPS". They just ruin your whole day sometimes!

He should be thankful he got anything! I would have told him to do it himself.

Wouldn't you love to reverse roles with him for just one day? Huh, why stop at one day, how about a week? I'd like to be a fly on the wall during that week! LOL

I cannot stand...cannot STANT for anybody to stand over me while I do anything. I used to do medical transcription...if anybody stood behind me...I WAS SO DISTRACTED...I couldn't type what was on the dictation...and if they started talking ...I'd type what they were saying...toooo weird....

Oh, and If I'm starting Your IV and you actually would like me to get the vein on the FIRST try (which I usually do!) you better send all the looky loo's outside to the hallway...or it definately takes two trys...and I'll sweat a river...I don't tolerate side-chair coaches too well.

Hope you have a really great weekend.

I had a great day on Friday. I answered phones for the Radiothon benefitting the Children's Miracle Network, and I truly enjoyed it. Can't wait to do it next year!
I'm glad you got the work done for the annoying guy. Hope you had a good weekend!
