Birthday Party Sunday

My nephew turns 3 today and we had a party for him yesterday. It was also an excuse to visit with my grandson, although I don't really need an excuse. We had a good time and I think my nephew really enjoyed his party. I had no idea they were having a dinosaur cake and here I picked out a T-Rex outfit and two dinosaurs for his present. I did good! See how I mixed and mingled Shawn's photos all through the party pics, so you wouldn't get bored just having to look at my grandson's mug all the time. I'm nice like that, otherwise you might have been bored stiff. Here are some pics.

I am totally bummed...

...that I have to wait til June for the next episode of Saving Grace.

...that I have to wait til Saturday to go to visit my grandson.

...that I don't have a clue as to what I want for dinner.

...that I don't have a book to read (I've read all the ones I had already purchased).

...that it was colder than I expected for today.

...that the local meterologists blow the weather predictions more times than not.

...that I didn't get to go fishing with Eddie this morning (but I would have frozen my tushie off).

...that I have to drive into work tomorrow.

...that I still have a headache and backache.

...that I feel that I have to whine and fuss about such trivial irritations.

I think I will go play Scrabble.
