I would like to discuss the benefits of exercise. Not only does exercise expedite weight loss, it also sends endorphins to the brain to make you feel better. I did not understand and/or appreciate this aspect of exercise when I was heavier because I did not exercise. But since starting walking on my elliptical, I have realized the couple of days a week I do not exercise I feel more blah on those days. Needless to say, the endorphins are working enormously today. I walked four miles in 45 minutes this morning. I feel great.
Maybe I will post some more photos of my weight loss progress in the next few days if I can get Eddie to take some photos. I currently weigh 192 and that is 85 pounds down in a little more than six months. I have another 42 pounds to go. Woohoo!!!
