I went to church and took a nap...

but another lady at church decided to take her nap during the service and it was her son who was doing the preaching. Okay, I am not gonna fault her because I don't know her that well and she may suffer from narcolepsy or have some other type of sleep disorder. For that matter she may have had a bad night unable to sleep, I know first hand what that's like.

Since changing from Ambien to Lunesta I have not had any problems sleeping, but I have noticed my weight loss has totally stopped. I have not lost any weight since starting the Lunesta. I wonder if that is going to be a problem losing the rest of my weight.

It was somewhat cool this afternoon and I snuggled under the covers in bed to read my book and I fell asleep. I took a good little nap. It felt good to snooze. Do you think that is why bears hibernate during the winter?

It's funny you mentioned bears in your post. I told Molly today I wished we could do like bears and hibernate alllllllll winter, I told her wish we didn't even have to get out of bed to eat or use the bathroom, haha.......be nice wouldn't it.
I'm just not a winter person at all. I took me a little nap this afternoon.

I'd like to be a bear and hiberate when it gets cold...but then you have to pile on all that ugly old fat to get the proper amount of insulation for that.

Here it stays relatively warm most of the time, but it was 48 degree's yesterday morning...the preacher even mentioned the temp...followed by the fact that by 10:00 church the air conditioning was already on! I opened the windows and aired out the house, but had to close them later because it got into the 60's and my dogs were shaking!

How much do you have left to lose?
I have hit a skidding stop on my weight loss. I only want to lose about 15 more lbs. and I'm ok if I stay at this weight forever, but I'd rather lose more. Then again, plastics would help that a lot...
I can't help but laugh that the preacher's mom was snoozing in church! lol

I don't think I have ever read of lunesta doing that, but what do I know. How much do you have left? Maybe it's just gonna be a slow ride to get it off. Sending good weightloss vibes your way!
